What we collect

When you reserve e-bikes, the booking form (run by Hubtiger) collects your name, contact details and the dates and bikes you choose. Our site keeps a record of the reservation number, the amount and the page you booked from so we can see which ads and searches bring riders to the shop.

When you send a request (a test ride, a hold on a bike, SNO-GO dates or a message), we keep what you typed, the page you sent it from and the search or ad that brought you to the site, and we email it to the shop.

When you sign up for email or text messages, we keep your address or number, the words you agreed to and when. Text messages are sent only to people who ask for them; see the text message terms.

The tools that see it

• Hubtiger runs the booking form and holds your reservation.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure how the site is used, and Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measure which ads lead to bookings. We send Meta a record of completed bookings from our server as well as from your browser.
• Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, heat maps) to help us improve the site. That data is processed by Microsoft under its own privacy terms.
• Mailchimp sends our email and text messages.
• Resend delivers the shop's emails. Cloudflare hosts the site and protects the forms from spam (Turnstile).

How to opt out

• Analytics and ads: use Google's opt-out, your Meta ad preferences and Microsoft Clarity's terms, or block cookies in your browser.
• Email: every message has an unsubscribe link. Text messages: reply STOP.
