Good To Know

Are Aventon e-bikes waterproof?

They are water-resistant: light rain and wet roads are fine. Avoid heavy rain and never submerge the bike, and keep the electrical connections clean and dry.

What maintenance does an Aventon e-bike need?

The same care as a regular bike: tire pressure, a lubricated chain and properly adjusted components, plus a periodic look at the battery and electrical system. We recommend a tune-up every year or every 300 to 500 miles; see our repair and tune-up prices.

Do you repair Aventon e-bikes bought somewhere else?

Yes. We handle tune-ups, repairs and warranty work for all Aventon e-bikes, whether you bought yours from us or another shop. We also service other bikes, depending on the issue.
